The Swedish local weather activist, Greta Thunberg, used her speech on the Youth4Climate convention in Milan to mock the phrases of world leaders, together with UK PM Boris Johnson.
The 18-year-old used soundbites from Mr Johnson, resembling “costly bunny hugging” and “construct again higher”, to spotlight what she referred to as the “empty phrases and guarantees” of politicians.
Later within the speech, she urged individuals not to surrender hope, saying that change is “not solely potential, however urgently essential”.
