No signal of withdrawal of Russian troops close to Ukraine, Nato chief says – BBC Information
There is no such thing as a signal that Russian forces are de-escalating close to Ukraine, Nato’s secretary-general says, regardless of claims from Moscow that it’s pulling some troops again from the border.
