Pembroke shooting victims identified as 16-year-olds from Mississauga

Ontario Provincial Police have identified two youths who were shot and killed in Pembroke early Monday.

Police identified the deceased youth as Noah Nathaniel Annis and Alando Omario Davidson, both 16 years old and from Mississauga.

Police said post-mortem examinations confirmed both youths died from injuries consistent with gunshot wounds.

A third 16-year-old from Mississauga was seriously injured in the incident. Police did not release his identity.

OPP were called to a residence on Mackay Street shortly before 3 a.m. Monday, when two people were located with life-threatening injuries.

Both young men were transported to hospital, where one of the two was pronounced deceased.

Another person was located deceased in the immediate area.

Police have released few details, saying only they believe the victims were “targeted.”
