President Biden has underlined his administration’s help for NATO — the navy alliance initially arrange through the Chilly Struggle to counter the Soviet Union and Jap bloc.
Putting a really totally different tone to that of his predecessor Donald Trump, Joe Biden mentioned that the navy alliance was “critically necessary” to US pursuits. It comes at a time of rising pressure between the USA, Russia and China.
He was talking at a NATO summit Belgium, forward of a gathering with the Russian President Vladimir Putin.
