Presidents Macron and Putin talk about “methods to keep away from conflict” in Ukraine – BBC Information
The French President Emmanuel Macron expressed hope that conflict might be averted over Ukraine as he met the Russian chief Vladimir Putin in Moscow.

World leaders are stepping up efforts to scale back tensions over Ukraine with fears of a Russian invasion. Round 100,000 Russian troops have been moved near the nation’s border.

President Putin is demanding that Ukraine doesn’t be a part of the NATO army alliance which he says is a menace to Russian safety.
