Russia says it’s pulling again troops from Ukraine border – BBC Information
Russia says it’s pulling again a few of its troops from close to Ukraine after a build-up raised fears of an invasion.
There was no impartial affirmation of the withdrawal and worldwide powers have reacted cautiously to the announcement.
Greater than 100,000 Russian troops have massed at Ukraine’s border. Russia has all the time denied it’s planning an assault.
The announcement comes as German Chancellor Olaf Scholz is in Moscow to speak with President Putin.
