Tributes to Queen as Platinum Jubilee marks 70 years on throne – BBC Information
The Prince of Wales has has led tributes to the Queen on her Platinum Jubilee, for the “outstanding achievement” of reaching 70 years on the throne.

Prince Charles welcomed his mom’s want that Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, be often known as Queen Consort when he turns into King. He stated he and his spouse had been “deeply acutely aware of the honour”.

The Queen, who’s 95, is the primary British monarch to have fun a Platinum Jubilee. Her reign started when she was 25 years outdated, following the dying of her father, George VI, on 6 February 1952.
