The German chief, Olaf Scholz, will fly to Moscow to fulfill President Putin at the moment.
It comes as Russia says it’s pulling again a few of its troops from close to Ukraine after a build-up prompted fears of an invasion.
Whether or not the Russian transfer shall be sufficient to calm Western fears will not be but identified. The US had warned a Russian invasion may occur at any time.
So what is the scope for profitable negotiation at this eleventh hour?
