One of many Russia’s prime spy chiefs was pressed by President Vladimir Putin to make clear what he was saying and to talk clearly, in a gathering on the popularity of rebel-held Ukraine states.
It got here as the pinnacle of Russia’s international intelligence service Sergei Naryshkin shared his views on the scenario.
The West has extensively condemned Mr Putin’s recognition of the independence of the so-called folks’s republics of Luhansk and Donetsk, tearing up a peace accord with Ukraine.
