The Metropolitan Police has launched an investigation into events held in No 10 through the coronavirus pandemic.
Officers are wanting into “potential breaches of Covid-19 laws” in Downing Road and Whitehall since 2020, Commissioner Cressida Dick stated.
She added that the investigation was launched after an inside inquiry led by civil servant Sue Grey handed info to the drive.
Boris Johnson’s spokesman stated the PM didn’t consider he had damaged the regulation.
