The collapse of the earlier Afghan authorities and withdrawal of western help has led to hovering unemployment with many individuals unable to feed their households or warmth their properties.
The United Nations says greater than half the inhabitants are in want of humanitarian help and one million kids are liable to extreme malnututrition.
