A Romanian court has approved the extradition of Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate to the United Kingdom on charges of sexual assault and trafficking.
The extradition, however, will be postponed until they face trial for charges they are facing in Romania, according to a Tate spokesperson. They have been charged in Romania with forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women, human trafficking and evidence tampering. Tate is also facing charges of rape, but has claimed his innocence.
The brothers were taken into custody on Monday night after Romanian authorities executed a U.K. warrant for their arrest.
This is a developing story and will be updated as more information becomes available.
