Emma Tustin has been jailed for no less than 29 years over the torture and killing of her companion’s six-year-old son, Arthur Labinjo-Hughes.

Thomas Hughes was jailed for 21 years for his son’s manslaughter.

Tustin murdered the boy by inflicting a deadly head damage at her residence in Solihull final 12 months.

There have been repeated warnings to authorities that Arthur was being abused within the run as much as his dying.

Will this be the second after we make actual modifications in our strategy to safeguarding kids?
