Belfast violence: What’s triggered unrest in Northern Eire? – BBC Newsnight

It follows rioting on Wednesday evening which police mentioned was on a scale not seen in Northern Eire in years.

Crowds are actually rioting on each side of an interface between loyalist and nationalist areas in west Belfast.
