After a family photo shoot where the 28-year-old was all dolled up, Brittany photographed her bare face, sharing a selfie with the caption, “But just here for your daily reality check,” highlighting her ongoing battle with breakouts around her mouth and asking her followers for help.

The mom of two admitted, “Actually really struggling with my skin right now trying to figure out why it’s just breaking out all around my mouth.” She speculated it might be an allergic reaction, yet couldn’t pinpoint the cause. “I’ve been trying to figure it out for so long, and it’ll randomly just flare up and then it will start to get better,” she explained. “Last night it was literally like hives and red down here all around my mouth… I have no idea what’s causing it. I feel like I’ve changed everything I’ve used.” In a closer shot, she showcased the redness and bumps near her upper lip and chin, seeking advice with, “Any tips send them my way… thanks friends.”
Following the flood of helpful suggestions from her followers, Brittany updated them, stating, “I’m pretty positive I have Perioral Dermatitis. I am going to a dermatologist tomorrow to figure out what I need to do.” Perioral Dermatitis is described as a condition typically affecting young, adult women, characterized by inflamed papules, pustules, or scaly patches around the mouth.

Brittany’s openness extends beyond this incident; she’s shared several barefaced photos from workouts and casual outings. In one post from November 2020, the model expressed gratitude for the support on her fitness apparel line alongside a makeup-free mirror selfie. More recently, she posted a reel of her completing a workout and drinking an Owyn protein shake, makeup-free.
Brittany has been in the limelight alongside Patrick, 28, who has led the Chiefs to successive Super Bowl victories. Her growing friendship with Taylor Swift, dating Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, has also captured public attention. The two women have often been seen supporting their significant others at NFL games, further solidifying the influencer’s status as a relatable figure.
