The viral video, which has been viewed more than 2.9 million times since it was shared to TikTok on November 4, captured the black cat disobeying rules to sneakily steal a baked fry off his owner’s plate.

The cat appears to accomplish this mission successfully, and can even be seen holding the baked fry between the claws of his paw at the end of the clip. The feline’s owner, who goes by @DreyaGaljour on TikTok, could be heard laughing in the background as she observes the unexpected antics.

The 24-year-old shared on the platform that she’s based in New Orleans, which is also where the social media video was filmed. The TikToker’s feed is full of photos and videos of the clever cat.

Dreya Galjour had captioned the post with “he’s such a sneaky cat”, while she wrote “stealth mode” across the video.

The post was such a hit with TikTokers that Galjour posted another video about the much-loved kitty to the platform.

In the second post, which can be seen here, Galjour films the cat trying to get a taste of the slice of pizza that she’s eating. The clip also reveals that the cheeky cat is named Aiko.

“Aiko’s back with the food robbing shenanigans,” Galjour wrote across the post.
