Caver trapped for 54 hours relives survival combat – BBC Information
A person who was trapped in a cave for 54 hous after falling and breaking his leg, jaw and ribs has stated there have been instances when he did not assume he’d make it.
George Linnane lay in agony, within the Ogof Ffynnon Ddu cave system in Wales, one of many deepest within the UK.
“One second I used to be caving, the following minute, the world went mad,” he stated.
“After which all of it went black. After which two minutes later, I awakened in a really totally different state.”
