Taylor Swift’s relationship with Travis Kelce has sent a new group of fans flocking to Kansas City Chiefs games, and the team’s heiress Gracie Hunt appreciates their presence.

Hunt, who spoke to sports podcast OutKick the Morning on Wednesday, was asked what Chiefs games have been like since Swift and Kelce started dating.

“I think we’re all so excited to see two such phenomenal people happy,” Hunt said. “I mean, it’s so easy for us to cheer for and for the entire world to cheer for because they’re wonderful for each other, and it’s just been so fun to watch this love story unfold. That’s been so special to see how happy they are.”

Hunt’s father Clark was named chairman of the Chiefs in 2005. He inherited an ownership stake in the team when his father Lamar, who founded the team, died in 2006.

Gracie Hunt noted how nice it has been to see a new demographic in attendance as Swift fans show up to try to catch a glimpse of Swift.

“We have so many young—especially female—fans watching football, interested in football and maybe even considering playing flag football and also cheering for the Chiefs,” Hunt said. “[…]I’m sure you’ve seen as well. They’re holding the signs. They’re saying, ‘I’m here for Taylor’ or ‘I’m here for Taylor’s boyfriend.”

Swift attended her first Chiefs game in September and has been to eight games so far. Her presence has been a boost for the NFL at large: Fans show up to games at opposing stadiums to catch a glimpse of her.

Hunt said she’s happy the new fans get to experience the same sports joy she experiences.

“Whatever reason you’re there for, I’m glad you’re there, and I’m glad you’re getting to experience the game that I fell in love with when I was little,” Hunt told OutKick. “Because even—not as someone who has played football, but someone who’s watched it—there’s so many values from football that transfer into life and can have really great takeaways.”

Hunt didn’t go in-depth discussing individual experiences with Swift, but she did tell the network that Swift “is wonderful, beautiful, brilliant, all the things, and it’s been so much fun to get to have her coming to Chiefs games.”

After an initial flurry of wins and good football with her in attendance, Swift has seen a number of disappointing games recently: The Chiefs have gone 2-4 in their last six games and are now 9-6 for the season. They will take on the Cincinnati Bengals at home on Sunday.
