Local weather emergency report: Chinese language, US and Indian response – BBC Information
Nations world wide have been reacting to the landmark United Nations local weather report that issued a “code purple” warning to humanity.

Consultants agree that with out large reductions in international carbon dioxide emissions the world can not win the battle towards local weather change.

China is the world’s largest emitter of carbon dioxide, adopted by the US and India.
