Gavin Newsom said Sunday he would sign into law a pair of measures that would, in part, force big corporations operating in the state to reveal more information about its greenhouse gas emissions. The announcement, made as Newsom is in New York for a series of talks around the climate change, followed final passage in the California Legislature last week of the environmental measures.
