It’s easy to understand why this video of a pit bull and three cats has gone viral on TikTok.

Racking up 3.3 million views in just 24 hours, Luna the dog can be seen going against the norm by not only hanging out with the felines but relaxing like them too.

The hilarious footage shows Luna lying on one of the beds branched off the cat tree—a piece of furniture designed for felines. Three of the four beds are occupied by cats and somehow, the dog has managed to squeeze onto the other.

During the clip, a male voice can be heard from behind the camera saying: “I went for a ride for five minutes bubba and I asked you to watch the kitties. I come home and you’ve turned into a kitty.”

He also asked Luna why her paw is on the cat below her: “Are you bribing her?”

At the time of writing, the out-of-the-ordinary video has racked up over 610,000 likes since it was shared on February 13, along with many comments complimenting the dog’s commitment to the assigned task.

One user said: “To watch the cat you must become the cat.”

“Look here! Don’t tell a good dog to do a good job and then mock the excellence. Best cat sitter award!” said another user.

A third comment said: “That tier was meant for her.”

“Pitties are just kitties in dog suits,” said a fourth comment.

The clip. captioned “Never Let Them know Your Next Move,” refers to a trend that went viral in 2023. It was centered around secrecy, strategy or mystery. It proved a great opportunity for people to show off their quirks as users created videos showcasing unexpected actions, surprises or clever maneuvers.

This is exactly what Luna has done as her owner and the internet were shocked to see her trying to blend in with the cats.

But as motivational speaker Jim Rohn once said, “you are the average of the five people you spend most of your time with.” And while this video isn’t about humans. It certainly seems to ring true for these pets.

Dogs and cats, who are supposed to be arch enemies, do bond. In fact, they seem to get along more than you may think. For some, it is love at first sight.
