Dozens check constructive on South Africa-Netherlands flights – BBC Information
Sixty-one individuals who arrived in Amsterdam on two flights from South Africa have examined constructive for Covid-19, Dutch officers say.
They’ve been positioned in isolation at a lodge close to Schiphol airport.
They have been amongst some 600 passengers held for a number of hours after arrival whereas they have been examined for the virus.
The Dutch authorities are finishing up additional testing to see if there are any instances of Omicron, named on Friday as a variant of concern by the WHO.
