Even Khloe Kardashian Is Surprised by the New Addition to Her Family

Khloé Kardashian’s little family is growing with the sweetest new addition — one that even shocked the reality star.

On Wednesday, April 24, the Kardashians star shared photos of 6-year-old daughter True’s ultimate birthday present: another gray cat.

“Welcome to the family Baby Kitty,” Kardashian captioned a series of photos of the kitten, including sweet shots of her daughter holding up her newest pet while grinning. “All True wanted for her six birthday was another kitty. She is such a great kitty mommy to Grey Kitty. I know she will be just as wonderful to Baby Kitty.”

The mom-of-two, who was admittedly never a “cat person,” further revealed that she never thought she’d have felines as pets — but couldn’t be happier that she does.

“Never in a million years did I think I would have one cat let alone two. But here we are and I love them,” Kardashian continued. “I love how much my kids love them as well. But this is my maximum for cats. Two is enough.”

Kardashian, who also shared footage of True’s first cat playing with Baby Kitty, added that she’s excited for Grey Kitty to have a playmate.

“Anyways, welcome Baby Kitty to the family,” Kardashian concluded the sweet post. “I’m sure Grey Kitty will be so happy to have a friend.”

The happy news is a positive update for the Good American founder, as she spent years in turmoil with ex Tristan Thompson, with whom she shares True and son Tatum, 2. Not only did Thompson — who is also dad to son Prince, 7 — cheat on Kardashian multiple times throughout the years, he also fathered a child, son Theo, with Maralee Nichols while in a relationship with the Hulu personality.

Last year, the family suffered more heartbreak with the loss of Thompson’s mom, with whom both he and Kardashian were close.
