GoPro Drags Jimmy Fallon

Riding a bike with one hand isn’t an easy task, which is something Jimmy Fallon found out the hard way—and now he’s been dragged by camera brand GoPro for doing so.

The host of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon uploaded a seemingly sweet video to his Instagram account of him filming his daughter while she rides her bicycle in the woods.

In the clip, Fallon is using one hand to ride his bike behind his daughter while he films her on his phone in the other. Before long, it’s clear he takes a tumble, as the phone falls to the ground.

Fallon can be heard saying “I’m OK, I’m OK,” in the background before the footage ends.

“Do NOT ride bikes with your kid and try to video at the same time,” the late-night TV host warned in the caption of the video, poking fun at himself.

The clip has been a hit online and, at the time of writing, has received more than 70,000 likes and 1,760 comments. The top comment was from none other than GoPro, who mocked him for trying to ride and film at the same time.

“We have a solution for this…” the company’s Instagram account wrote.

The comment clearly indicates the company suggests Fallon purchases a GoPro camera to film his daughter hands-free in the future—and people are loving the response.

The comment had received 2,034 likes and 63 replies at the time of writing, with people praising the company for the witty remark. While many people simply responded with laugh emojis, others have expressed how much they appreciated the brand’s comment.

“Hahaha I was just going to mention you on this post! We love ours!” one person wrote.

“Yeah if you drop the GoPro it’s not going to break. That thing is built like a tank,” someone else said.

“Epic response,” wrote another.

Other fans of Fallon took to the comment section to share their thoughts on the clip, with many taking the opportunity to poke fun at him.

“Oh nooo I hope you’re ok !! Everyone Jimmy has Fall-on,” one wrote.

“Poor accident-prone Jimmy! It’s the ‘I’m okay! I’m okay!’ for me,” another commented.

Another added: “I’m laughing with you, not at you. Been there, done that with my son. Hope you’re ok!”

Newsweek reached out to a Jimmy Fallon representative by email for comment on Thursday.

The comedian shares two children with his wife, Nancy Juvonen. The couple welcomed their first child together, daughter Winnie Rose, in 2013. Not too long before Fallon made his hosting debut in 2014, they welcomed their second daughter, Frances Cole.
