Al Pacino’s 30-year-old girlfriend referenced their infant son in an 84th birthday tribute to the actor.
On Thursday, April 25, Noor Alfallah celebrated The Godfather icon with a photo of the couple on her Instagram Story. The cute upload depicted the pair — who welcomed son Roman in June 2023 — posing next to each other with their hands raised (Alfallah making a peace sign with her fingers, Pacino pointing his finger at the camera). The duo color-coordinated their outfits with all-black ensembles.
“Roman’s Dad,” Alfallah captioned the sweet image, along with a red heart and birthday cake emoji.
In addition to Roman, Pacino is also father of daughter Julie, 34, with ex-girlfriend Jan Tarrant, as well as 23-year-old twins Anton and Olivia with ex Beverly D’Angelo.
Though Pacino and Alfallah keep their private life close to the vest — making her post referencing their son a rare occasion — the Devil’s Advocate star gushed about his then-impending arrival in early June, right before Roman’s birth.

“It’s very special. It always has been. I’ve got many kids. But this is really special coming at this time,” he told a photographer at the time, per the the Daily Mail.
Just a few months after welcoming their baby boy, fans wondered if there was trouble in paradise while drawing up custody papers. According to People, Alfallah has primary physical custody of Roman, while both she and Pacino have joint legal custody. Additionally, Pacino has to pay $30,000 a month in child support.
Despite the eyebrow-raising legal documents, “Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child Roman. They are still together,” a rep for the star told People in September 2023.

Six months later, Alfallah, a TV and film producer in her own right, opened up about her romance with Pacino.
After meeting the Scarface actor at a dinner, “I thought, wow, that’s Al Pacino. I went to film school, so I wasn’t dumb about who he was. He’s a very talented and unique person,” Alfallah told Vogue Arabia last month, adding: “But I had no intention of thinking like, ‘Oh, he is going to be my son’s father one day.'”
The two began to see each other on a regular basis, she said.
“Al lives down the street from my house and we started spending every day together, playing chess and watching movies. It was like film school with Al Pacino,” she told the outlet. “I guess it just became something more.”
