Judge Suddenly Leaves Trial of Man Accused of Shooting Migrant

Judge Thomas Fink walked out of proceedings on Thursday during the third week of the trial against Arizona rancher George Kelly, 73, who is accused of killing a migrant on his property in January.

Fink left the courtroom in an abrupt manner due to proceedings being dragged out by both the prosecution and the defense. Video posted by local FOX 29 shows Fink exit the bench as Kelly’s attorney, Brenna Larkin, starts to speak. She asked the judge if he could hear her and then said “oh” when she realized Fink was leaving.
