North Korea’s chief Kim Jong-un won’t ever quit his nuclear weapons, in line with a former senior officer within the nation’s spy company.
Colonel Kim Kok-song, who defected from North Korea, says he was concerned in assaults and assassinations and even constructed an unlawful medication lab for the chief.
