Taylor Swift was the talk of the Kansas City Chiefs and Miami Dolphins game on Saturday, and her outfit choice has helped Kristin Juszczyk win big.

On January 13, the pop superstar arrived at the game in a puffer jacket made out of one of Travis Kelce’s old jerseys which featured his jersey number on the front and his name on the right sleeve.

The outfit quickly went viral as cameras caught her wearing it while walking into Arrowhead Stadium. Brittany Mahomes was spotted wearing a similar jacket, but this one in support of her husband, Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

Kristin Juszczyk, the wife of San Francisco 49ers Pro Bowl fullback Kyle Juszczyk, is the person responsible for creating the unique pieces. The fashion designer uploads videos on her Instagram account about how she repurposes jerseys and regularly makes bespoke outfits for herself to wear to her husband’s games.

Now she has started branching out to make pieces for sports stars and other celebrities, such as Olympian Simone Biles, actor Taylor Lautner and 49ers star Deebo Samuel. However, she calls creating jackets for Swift and Brittany Mahomes an “honor of a lifetime”—and it’s likely changed her life as well.

Newsweek reached out to Kristin Juszczyk for comment through her website Tuesday.

The virality of the jacket being worn by Swift has seen the number of Kristin Juszczyk’s Instagram followers soar. According to stats from Social Blade, a social media analytics website, on Sunday she gained 191,505 followers and on Monday added 168,025—and the numbers are continuing to climb.

“You guys…the support you have all shown me the past two days has brought me to tears all weekend long. I wish I could make something for every single one of you!! Hopefully in the future I’ll be able to,” the fashion designer wrote on her Instagram story alongside a slew of fingers-crossed emojis.

In another story post about her climbing Instagram followers, she wrote: “450k this is WILD.” At the time of writing, her follower count had reached 505,000.

People online are so impressed by Kristin Juszczyk’s creations that they have suggested that she work with the NFL in the future.

Internet personality Joe Pompliano wrote on X (formerly Twitter) on January 14: “Kristin Juszczyk gained 100,000 followers on Instagram last night, and women’s clothing has been the NFL’s fastest-growing merchandise category for much of the last decade. The NFL should partner with her. There is demand, and this could be a legitimate business.”

He wrote this when he retweeted a post from @royaltothebay that read: “Kyle Juszczyk is under every Taylor Swift video crediting his girl, what a man.” In the attached screenshots, Kyle Juszczyk could be seen commenting on posts about Swift’s jacket, making sure people knew that it was made by his wife.

People have shown a similar sentiment to Pompliano in the comment section of an Instagram post by the NFL. “Everyone was wearing @kristinjuszczyk’s custom jackets for the #NFLPlayoffs,” the sports association wrote, alongside photos of Swift, Brittany Mahomes and Lautner wearing their unique jackets.

“Collab with her! Women don’t want the bedazzled, form-fitting, V-neck shirts that the NFL sells!” one person said.

“She needs an NFL DEAL STAT. I want a NINER PUFFY!!!!” another Instagram user wrote.

“So who’s gonna partner with @kristinjuszczyk so we can all get these jackets???” someone else asked.

A fourth added: “Chiefs, Lions, and Packers all won this week. And of course, the 49ers by default. Maybe, you’re good luck @kristinjuszczyk.”

Kristin Juszczyk shared a video of the process of her making Swift and Brittany Mahomes’ jackets to her Instagram account, in which she added embroidered details and an extra-thick liner to keep the pair warm. She captioned the clip: “An honor of a lifetime!!!!! Thank you @taylorswift & @brittanylynne.”

Celebrities took to the comment section to share their love and support for her.

“@nfl get this girl licensing stat,” Lautner wrote in the comments.

“We love you and are so thankful,” Brittany Mahomes wrote.

“Wahoo!!!! So proud of you,” Biles said.
