Provincial police and Ottawa police seized two kilograms of suspected cocaine, nearly 60 grams of MDMA (ecstasy) and about assorted prescription pills in a raid on a Smyth Road residence Thursday night.

Police also found and seized a loaded handgun, OPP said in a release on X (formerly Twitter).
The raid was conducted by the OPP guns and gangs enforcement unit, with support from Ottawa police.
