Michelle Pfeiffer charmed her followers by sharing a makeup-free Instagram selfie on Thursday, March 21, showcasing her timeless natural beauty.

At age 65, the actress wore a stylish beige coat and black top, with her blonde hair gently framing her face and accentuating her blue eyes. “Happy Spring, everyone!” she captioned, a clever call back to some of her nostalgic roles. Shark Tank’s Lori Greiner even stopped by to leave a comment, saying, “Happy spring – The season of blooming!”

The Age of Innocence alum has always been open about her commitment to staying fit and vibrant, crediting her diet as a key factor. Initially a vegan, she praised the diet to Urbanette for its skin and health benefits, saying, “Eating a vegan diet – it’s just so much healthier – and you avoid a lot of toxins that could age your skin and body. I really noticed a difference in my skin not too long after switching to fully vegan.” She mentions how her plant-based journey significantly enhanced overall energy as well.

While she’s since switched to a paleo diet as reported by the Sunday Times, her workout routine remains much the same. The mother-of-two gets her movement in by practicing yoga, Pilates and running, which definitely play a part in her toned figure.

Besides her health and wellness journey, Pfeiffer and her husband, producer David E. Kelley, 67, marked their 30th wedding anniversary last month. She shared with PEOPLE that their initial meeting was during a group date that unexpectedly turned into a blind date, a situation she found quite nerve-wracking. Describing the experience, she confessed, “I was anxious,” and admitted, “the date didn’t go well.”

However, defying her expectations, Kelley reached out to her a short two days after their awkward first encounter. Since 1993 they’ve remained stronger than ever in a lasting marriage and have two children together, Claudia Rose Pfeiffer, 31, and John Henry Kelly, 29. Reflecting on the unexpected turn of events, Pfeiffer praised Kelley’s character and the unconventional start to their relationship, saying, “It was sort of perfectly timed. I mean, it’s a real testament to the kind of person he is,” and added, “but also to the fact that sometimes the traditional way of doing things isn’t always the best way.”
