Myanmar court docket provides US journalist 11-year jail sentence – BBC Information
A Myanmar navy court docket has sentenced US journalist Danny Fenster to 11 years in jail.
Fenster was discovered responsible of breaching immigration legislation, illegal affiliation and inspiring dissent in opposition to the navy.
Earlier this week he was given two extra expenses of sedition and terrorism, which carry a most sentence of life imprisonment.
His trial on the brand new expenses will start on 16 November.
