Passengers were left trapped on a plane for more than two hours on Tuesday following a leak of radioactive material from a package of medical equipment.
The incident occurred in the hold of a SWISS plane that had landed at Barcelona’s El Prat Airport.
Five airport workers were also transferred to hospital as a precaution, according to Spain’s El Nacional newspaper.
