Prince Andrew to face civil intercourse assault case after US ruling – BBC Information
Prince Andrew is to face a civil case within the US over allegations he sexually assaulted a girl when she was 17.
Virginia Giuffre is suing the prince, claiming he abused her in 2001.
His attorneys mentioned the case must be thrown out, citing a 2009 deal she signed with convicted intercourse offender Jeffrey Epstein. However a New York decide dominated that the case might be heard.
The prince has persistently denied the claims. Buckingham Palace mentioned it will not touch upon an ongoing authorized matter.
