A US lady who alleges she was dropped at the UK aged 17 to have intercourse with the Duke of York has filed a civil case in New York claiming he abused her.

Virginia Giuffre, who was an accuser of convicted intercourse offender Jeffrey Epstein, claims she was sexually assaulted by Prince Andrew in London and New York.

A spokeswoman for Prince Andrew, 61, mentioned there was “no remark” on the case, which was filed beneath New York’s Little one Victims Act.
He has persistently denied the claims.

The case alleges the prince sexually abused Ms Giuffre – then referred to as Virginia Roberts – on the London residence of Epstein affiliate Ghislaine Maxwell, and at Epstein’s houses in Manhattan and Little St James within the US Virgin Islands.

It claims the prince engaged in sexual acts with out her consent, figuring out how outdated she was and “that she was a sex-trafficking sufferer”.
