Reba McEntire’s response to T-Pain’s comment on her Super Bowl outfit has the internet in hysterics.

The country music star performed the national anthem at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on Sunday, ahead of the game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers.

Earlier that day, McEntire shared a photo of herself in a blue faux fur jacket with matching blue pants and knee-high blue boots.

“Boots with the fur…,” the 68-year-old wrote on X, formerly Twitter, referencing T-Pain and Flo Rida’s 2007 hit “Low.”

“#SuperBowlLVIII ready!” the singer added, with the snap receiving over 17 million views.

The photo also got the attention of T-Pain. The singer commented on McEntire’s post with the lyric: “The whole club lookin at herrrrrrrrr.”

Social media users couldn’t get enough of the unexpected exchange, dubbing it “the collab we need.”

“This is my favorite tweet of all time,” commented Maggie Love.

“A duet we desperately neeeeeeed,” said @BrainsAreOnFire.

“T-Pain understood the assignment,” wrote Sarah.

“She hit the floor, next thing you know, REBA got Looowwwww,” said @NotLarryFink, continuing the “Get Low” sing-a-long.

In response to T-Pain, McEntire shared a gif of herself pointing and giving a sultry stare, leading to more laughter.

“She did the thing!” wrote @TripleOSmoooth.

“Using a GIF of yourself is such a baller move,” said @TitanFan86.

“The Queen has spoken!!” commented Annie.

“Reba is so iconic for so many reasons… including this thread,” said @JenJesusJoy.

Newsweek has reached out to Reba McEntire and T-Pain for comment via email.

McEntire swapped her blue outfit for a cream blazer, black floral embellished flared trousers and boots to sing the national anthem. Her performance followed rapper and singer Post Malone, whose rendition of “America the Beautiful” divided opinions online.

Usher performed a 15-minute set during this year’s halftime show, singing several of his biggest hits including “Yeah,” “U Got it Bad,” “My Boo” and “Burn.”

The R&B singer was accompanied by a number of famous faces including Lil Jon, Ludacris, will.i.am, Alicia Keys, H.E.R. and Jermaine Dupris, with the performance including roller blades, guitar solos and a giant red piano.

The social media exchange with McEntire is the second time that T-Pain has surprised people online recently. The 39-year-old—real name Faheem Rasheed Najm—is best-known for using auto-tune as a creative tool, but a clip of his unedited voice stunned listeners.

A video of T-Pain performing David Allan Coe’s “Tennessee Whiskey” live in December went viral, receiving over 26 million views on TikTok. The song is featured on the Grammy winner’s upcoming cover album, On Top of the Covers, released in March.
