Simone Biles is as regular (and nearly as famous) a presence at Green Bay Packers games as Taylor Swift is at Kansas City Chiefs games.

The highly decorated gymnast married Packers safety Jonathan Owens this summer, and she attends enough of his games to have noticed a fan well known for his impressively crafted outfits.

That man’s name is Jeff Kahlow, better known to fans at Lambeau Field as “Frozen Tundra Man.” Kahlow, who was profiled by Milwaukee’s Journal Sentinel, recently had an opportunity to meet Biles.

He brought her an impressive gift.

Kahlow, wearing an outfit with carved foam icicles hanging off his entire body, and including the requisite cheesehead hat, shook Biles’ hand gently.

“Hi, Simone,” he said enthusiastically, in a clip captured by Sunday Night Football‘s crew. “What a pleasure to meet you. You are the greatest of all time. I had to make you something. You are the GOAT.”

Kahlow then produced a bizarre but impressive hat. On top, he had carved a muscular goat with gold medals hanging off one hoof. The goat appeared to be wearing a leotard with “Biles GOAT” and the Olympic rings on the shoulder.

Biles thanked Kahlow with a big smile, put the hat on and turned so cameras could capture the moment.

“We can’t let your husband out of the picture,” Kahlow added and pulled out a similar carving for Owens.

The Journal Sentinel reported that Kahlow used the opportunity to get autographs from Biles for two young gymnasts whom his wife babysits. Kahlow, who uses scissors and a razor knife to make his creations and has been perfecting the craft for 32 years, told the newspaper that he has created hats for Tiger Woods, Willie Nelson, Harrison Ford and many other celebrities, as well as Packers players like Brett Favre and Aaron Rodgers.

Biles has had an impressive year in 2023. In October, she collected two gold medals at the 2023 Gymnastics World Championships for balance beam and floor exercise. She also won a silver medal for vault. Biles owns the record for most combined world and Olympic medals, with 37. The U.S. women’s team won its seventh straight team title at the world championships.

Kahlow and Biles were treated to an impressive performance by the Packers on Sunday, as they defeated the Chiefs 27-19 and vaulted themselves into the seventh and final spot in the NFC playoff picture. Owens recorded five tackles in the win.

Swift, meanwhile, was in attendance to watch her boyfriend Travis Kelce and the Chiefs, who fell to 8-4. Kelce caught four passes on five targets for 81 yards.
