Jack Antonoff, a close friend and collaborator of Taylor Swift, didn’t shy away from bringing up Kanye West’s name when discussing artists who are “overly sensitive.”

During Tuesday night’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live, Antonoff fielded questions about his collaborations with a plethora of talented female artists such as Swift, Florence and the Machine, Lana Del Rey, and Lorde. Host Kimmel poked fun at Antonoff’s predominantly female roster, asking, “Do you have something against working with men?”

The Bleachers band member responded with, “I find men to be very over sensitive. There are two people I think are too overly sensitive to even function and it’s men and members of the music industry,” he shared. “The amount of sensitivity. It’s sort of like watching Kanye, like, oh my god.”

Antonoff didn’t stop there — he went on to share what he would do if he ever came in contact with the rapper. “If I saw Kanye, I’d go up to him and be like, ‘Your diaper’s so full! We have to change your diaper. Your diaper needs to be changed. It’s a huge problem,'” Antonoff said, adding, “The truth is, I’m not that offended. I’m offended, but I’m not that offended. So I don’t like to play this character of overly offended. I prefer to sort of up the trolling.”

The songwriter’s thoughts about West could stem from his longstanding feud with Swift, dating back to the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards. It was there that West infamously interrupted her acceptance speech, asserting that Beyoncé was the rightful recipient of the award.

West then stirred more controversy with his 2016 song “Famous,” featuring the lyrics, “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex, Why? I made that b**** famous (Goddamn).” Swift publicly voiced her objection to the lyrics following the song’s release. Kim Kardashian, West’s then-wife, leaked a secretly recorded phone conversation between the two artists to prove that Swift knew about the song. Four years later, the release of the full video revealed that the phone conversation had been edited.
