Mukaddes Yadigar is a Uyghur Muslim entrepreneur who has been residing within the UK since 2011, and is determined to go on her tradition and language to her kids.
The Uyghur are a Muslim minority who hail predominantly from the area of Xinjiang, in China.
Human rights organisations accuse the Chinese language authorities of detaining over 1 million Uyghur Muslims and limiting their spiritual practices. Native activists say China is making an attempt to erase their tradition.
In London, Mukaddes has two eating places dedicated to Uyghur delicacies, the place each month she holds occasions to have a good time the meals, music and dances of her folks to attempt and make sure the preservation of their traditions.
