1000’s of stolen parcels litter LA railway – BBC Information
1000’s of parcels have been scattered throughout the railway tracks in east Los Angeles.
In response to locals, thieves have been focusing on trains, each transferring and stationary, to try to steal packages.
This part of railway is being cleared by Union Pacific who function the road – they’ve had to take action a number of instances over the past three months.
