UN warns of “full-scale conflict” as Israel-Palestinian violence intensifies – BBC Information
The United Nations is warning of the chance of “full-scale conflict” because the clashes between Israeli forces and Palestinians proceed.
Israel’s Prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, warned Palestinian militants that this was only the start, threatening to strike with “blows they have not dreamed of”.
The USA is sending a senior diplomat to the Center East to induce Israelis and Palestinians to finish the violence.
At the very least 65 Palestinians together with 15 youngsters and 6 Israelis are reported to have been killed because the combating started.
Prior to now few days Palestinian militants have fired barrages of rockets into Israel, many aimed toward Tel Aviv. Israel has carried out a heavy bombardment of Gaza launching a whole lot of air strikes.
Tensions have been rising in Jerusalem, partly as a result of a long-running menace to evict Palestinians from their properties in occupied East Jerusalem in an space claimed by Jewish settlers.
