One of the sex-trafficking lawsuits filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs referred to his chief of staff as “the Ghislaine Maxwell to [Combs’] Jeffrey Epstein.”

Investigators with the Department of Homeland Security executed search warrants at properties belonging to music mogul Combs, 54, in Miami and the Holmby Hills suburb of Los Angeles on Monday. The raids are tied to sex-trafficking allegations leveled by different plaintiffs in recent months, The Associated Press reported, citing law enforcement sources.

Homeland Security Investigations said in a statement on Monday that it had executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation. Aaron Dyer, an attorney for Combs, said in a statement on Tuesday that “there was a gross overuse of military-level force as search warrants were executed,” pointing out that his client is cooperating with authorities and that as yet there has been no finding of criminal or civil liability.

Music producer Combs is facing several lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault and trafficking.

Last month, a music producer filed a lawsuit accusing Combs of coercing him to solicit prostitutes and then pressure him to have sex with them. The plaintiff, Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, alleges he was trafficked, sexually harassed, drugged and threatened by Combs for more than a year. Jones produced several tracks on Combs’ The Love Album: Off the Grid and is seeking $30 million in damages.

In the lawsuit, Combs’ chief staff, Kristina Khorram, is compared to British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell, who is a former girlfriend of late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Maxwell is serving a 20-year prison sentence after she was convicted in December 2021 of helping him recruit and sexually abuse underage girls.

According to the complaint, Khorram required all of Combs’ employees—including domestic staff—to walk around with a fanny pack or pouch containing narcotics so the rapper could partake of his “drug of choice” at will.

It is also alleged that Khorram, who is one of almost 30 defendants in the suit, “ordered sex workers, and prostitutes for Mr. Combs.”

Combs’ attorney Shawn Holley has disputed the allegations, previously telling Newsweek: “We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies.”

Who Is Kristina Khorram?

According to her since-deleted LinkedIn profile, Khorram joined Combs’ Bad Boy Entertainment as a senior executive liaison in July 2013. She went on to become Combs’ “day to day manager,” as well as taking on the role of “director, office of the chairman” of Combs Enterprises. She was appointed as Combs’ chief of staff in November 2020.

Holding a bachelor’s degree in business and French from the North Carolina State University, Khorram has also worked at Burberry, Paramount Pictures, AOL and Gen Art in the past, according to her profile.

In January 2021, Combs described Khorram’s importance to him as he shared a photo of her with his Facebook followers.

“Meet Kristina Khorram, Chief of Staff at Combs Enterprises,” read the caption. “Kristina aka KK keeps everything in my life and my business running. She’s been my right hand for the last 8 years and has consistently proven to execute and get s*** done. Don’t know how I’d function without her.”

Back in 2020, Combs also spoke of Khorram’s importance to him when he took to Instagram to wish her a happy birthday.

“Happy birthday to my ace boon coon, my right hand, my day to day manager that keeps my world twirling and she’s always got my back,” he captioned a photo that showed them posing together. “She makes sure that I smile every day, and I don’t go into those dark places. Today is your day, it’s your muthaf***** birthday!!! Go KK, it’s your birthday!! Love you @kristinakhorram.”

The post appears to have since been deleted from Combs’ Instagram grid. Khorram also appears to have deleted or renamed her Instagram account.

Other Allegations

In November, Combs’ ex-partner Cassie Ventura, better known as R&B star Cassie, accused him of rape and physical abuse during their relationship, filing a civil case against the musician and businessman.

The exes were first linked in 2007, two years after Ventura was signed to Combs’ Bad Boy Records. They dated on and off for 11 years, splitting for good in 2018.

In Ventura’s lawsuit, the 37-year-old singer alleged that Combs physically and emotionally abused her and used his industry connections to prevent her from leaving him. Describing the relationship as a “cycle of abuse, violence, and sex trafficking,” Ventura claimed that Combs introduced her to drugs and would force her to have sex with male prostitutes, recording the encounters on camera.

At the time, Combs’ lawyer Ben Brafman told Newsweek he “vehemently denies these offensive and outrageous allegations. For the past six months, Mr. Combs has been subjected to Ms. Ventura’s persistent demand of $30 million, under the threat of writing a damaging book about their relationship, which was unequivocally rejected as blatant blackmail.”

Combs settled the lawsuit one day after it was filed. Following the settlement agreement, Brafman said: “Just so we’re clear, a decision to settle a lawsuit, especially in 2023, is in no way an admission of wrongdoing.

“Mr. Combs’ decision to settle the lawsuit does not in any way undermine his flat-out denial of the claims. He is happy they got to a mutual settlement and wishes Ms. Ventura the best.”

Combs was hit with another lawsuit in December over allegations that he trafficked and sexually abused a woman identified as Jane Doe. The suit accuses Combs of “gang rape” and sex trafficking.

Denying all of the allegations, Combs wrote in a statement posted to X, formerly Twitter, in December: “Enough is Enough. For the last couple weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy.

“Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”
