No signal of withdrawal of Russian troops close to Ukraine, Nato chief says – BBC Information
There is no such thing as a signal that Russian forces are de-escalating close to Ukraine, Nato’s secretary-general says, regardless of claims from Moscow that it’s pulling some troops again from the border.

It’s estimated that 100,000 Russian troops have massed close to the border. Russia has at all times denied it’s planning an assault.

The BBC explores whether or not we may see a de-escalation within the navy build-up.
