Fans watching the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Las Vegas Raiders on Monday might have caught a glimpse of a familiar face in a box above the field alongside Taylor Swift.

Standing next to Swift in her box for much of the game was someone in a full Santa Claus costume complete with a beard, hat, red velvet coat and a Chiefs scarf.

On Friday, in the latest episode of the New Heights podcast, Travis Kelce revealed who was in the full costume: Swift’s brother, Austin.

The topic was broached by Kylie Kelce, Travis’ sister-in-law who made an appearance on the family-centric pod with her husband, Jason Kelce, Travis’ brother and co-host.

Kylie was asked to give her “Stamp of the Week,” the podcast’s weekly mark of approval.

“I was going to pick on Travis,” Kylie said. “I was going to say whoever wore the Santa suit.”

Travis exclaimed in approval and identified Santa as Austin Swift, before correcting himself.

“Well, it was Santa,” Travis said. “Santa Claus.”

“That was a full commit, and I respect that,” Kylie said. “I respect a full commit.”

Austin, the pop star’s younger brother, is an actor. The 31-year-old also manages some elements of her licensing for films. According to Travis, Austin also seems to be a good gift-giver.

“He killed it,” Travis said. “He actually made me feel like a child because his gift to me was straight out of the bag.”

Jason and Kylie were both impressed.

“Like out of the Santa sack?” Kylie asked.

“Whipped it out and handed me a VHS of my favorite football movie of all time: Little Giants,” Travis said. “I got a VHS Little Giants movie.”

Jason noted that the brothers had just been talking about VHS tapes: “That’s dope,” he said. “Way to go Santa.”

Christmas Day was a little less merry for Travis than it was for Jason. With Jason and Travis’ mother, Donna Kelce, in attendance, the Philadelphia Eagles eked out a 33-25 victory over the New York Giants. The Chiefs, however, dropped a 20-14 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders in front of Jason and Travis’ father, Ed.

A frustrated Travis dropped an NSFW rant on the mid-week episode of New Heights.

“Everybody’s just got to f****** do their job,” he said. “Every single play, somebody is not doing their job, and it’s me, one by one, it’s everybody on the team…I’m not saying I’m out of this. I’m the main part of this. We’ve got to try to find a way to clean this s*** up, man.”
