Even though dogs cannot talk, their owners are still able to understand exactly what their canines are saying. In this particular case, a dog seems to be upset because she accidentally hurt her puppy friend.

Thankfully, Flynn, the miniature dachshund appears to be unphased despite letting out a loud yelp while playing with his much bigger friend, Iliamna.

The Australian shepherd mix immediately stops playing with Flynn and goes over to their owner Andrea Corbin, who was recording the video for TikTok. The on-screen text read: “I ended up having to console her instead of the puppy.”

So far, the TikTok video shared on January, 25 has amassed 1.7 million views and 214,000 likes.

The footage starts with the dogs racing around the living room before Flynn retreats to his miniature tent while Iliamna tries to get him. Then, he screeches and instantly the game is over—for Iliamna, at least.

The concerned dog places her head on the sofa while Corbin says, “he’s fine” while he runs around in the background and attempts to resume the game.

Corbin can be heard saying: “You’re such a good sister. You just kind of booped him a little hard.”

The text layered over a close up clip of the dog’s face states: “She’s traumatized.”

But it isn’t long until Iliamna and Flynn return to their regular “scheduled programming,” which involves zooming around in circles chasing one another.

Dogs are undoubtedly sensitive animals, as demonstrated in the video. Like humans, dogs seems to have a range of feelings and the internet is often flooded with clips of canines feeling happy, sad, jealous and guilty. A veterinarian and dog behaviorist previously told Newsweek that dogs can also feel grief and highlighted how owners can help them when going through a tough time.

The clip shared to @andreal.corbin has received over 250 comments.

One user said: “I SWEAR little dogs are so much more emotionally resilient than big dogs.”

Corbin agreed: “That’s so true. Small dog syndrome. Our big dogs have all been scaredy cats.”

“She feels so sorry she’s says she didn’t mean it” said another.

A third comment said: “A gentle giant.”

Other comments are about the dog’s brown merle coats as they could be mistaken to be siblings if it wasn’t for the obvious size difference.

One user said: “Y’all really said “i like this color, get it in another size.”
